McCarthy & Woulfe is a building construction company based in Limerick city. As builders we renovate and construct houses under contract to our customers design. Also, we plan and build new homes for sale in medium sized housing schemes. We repair / refurbish and extend existing buildings both commercial and residential. McCarthy & Woulfe Ltd provide general construction and civil engineering services for public sector and private commercial projects.
The Company’s offices are located at 25 Thomas Street, Limerick. We operate as main contractors on projects in the mid-west counties of Limerick, Clare, Kerry and Tipperary.
McCarthy & Woulfe have a 40-year history in the construction and house building industry in Limerick. The first five years as a sole trader and since May1985 as a private limited company.
We aim to construct high-quality buildings within budget on time.
