Richard Woulfe, is a founder shareholder of the company since 1979 and as well as being a proprietary director he is a Contracts & Project Manager. Richard provides on-site management of house building & general contracting activities. He has successfully completed a vast number of private, public and commercial contracts.

Joe McNamara. MCIOB AEng MIEI, joined the firm in 1986 as a proprietary director of the company and he holds the registered title of Chartered Builder & Associate Engineer. Joe deals with project design & planning issues together with estimating. tendering & project managing construction work. McCarthy & Woulfe Ltd have a proven track record with strong accreditations and affiliations to back this up. The Company or their Directors are affiliated with the Construction Industry Federation CIF, Chartered Institute of Building CIOB & Engineers Ireland IEI.
